Return Policy



While we're sure you'll love what you've ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or exchange, you'll need to follow the instructions set out below.

 

Online Returns to Online Store

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The easiest way to do this is to return the goods to us in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 14 day period. To do so, simply email kameko@regree.com 

For your convenience, you can use the cancellation form . In any case, you must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 14 days of receipt of the goods).

We will then refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is earlier. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition ' if they're not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

2. Write the corresponding letter into the 'Return Code' column against the relevant item on the delivery note that came with your order.

3. Then within 14 days after the date on which you told us that you wished to cancel your purchase (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods) send the goods you wish to return along with the delivery note to:

For convenience, you can use the returns label on the other side of your delivery note. You'll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us

As long as any goods you send back to us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package or proof that the order has been returned. If you are a customer in the China, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery.

We are unable to take any returns or exchanges online for items that have been bought in stores. If you need some help or have any questions please contact our Customer Services department who are more than happy to help.

Having second thoughts' To return your product for a refund or exchange, you will need to arrange a collection with regree.com's helpful Customer Service team. 

Please note that product returns cannot be made to store ' you will need to use regree.com's product Collection Service (a sum of '10 will be deducregree.com from your refund).

1. regree.com's Customer Service team will then book the collection and confirm via email when the courier will collect your product.

2. Let the team know when you will be at home, work or an accessible location with your product so that it can be collecregree.com swiftly and safely. 

3.  If you need an exchange, the team will then jot down a few details to reserve the stock.

4.  Give our friendly Customer Service team a emaill on kameko@regree.com to let them know you would like a refund or exchange. 

5.  Use the packaging provided to wrap your product nice and securely. If you have opened it to have a butcher's, don't forget to roll it inside-out and be sure to include your delivery note so we know who has sent it back! On the day of collection, please do make sure you are in. The courier will text a 'pick-up' window on the morning of collection and can only come out once. 

6.  Once the product has been received at regree.com's warehouse your refund or exchange will be processed and confirmed via email.

The Finer Details

 

Any items returned to us must be in their original condition ' if they're not, we may be unable to accept them. 

 

You must provide valid proof of purchase.  This can be either your delivery note or your order confirmation email.

                                                                                                                                             

regree.com reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. This does not affect your legal rights. 

 

Exchanges

1. Then give customer services, return code and the name of the item you wish to exchange for to hand. Also, if any additional payment needs to be taken, please have your credit/debit card details ready.

2. If you'd like to exchange an item, you need to select a reason from the list above.

3. Write the corresponding letter into the 'Return Code' column against the relevant item on the delivery note that came with your order.

4. After that, within 14 days of receipt of the goods by you, send the goods you wish to exchange along with the delivery note to:

5. Once we've received your package, and as long as the item(s) are in their original condition, we'll send out your new goods within 14 working days.

Legal Rights

Under the applicable China legislation , you have 14 days (from the date on which you receive your order) to let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund of the goods including any relevant shipping charges in accordance with this Returns Policy.

Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Problems with your order

If your form has gone walkies, don't worry. Just email kameko@regree.com and we'll send you a new one. Once you have it, be sure to fill the form in carefully, clearly explaining the problem with the item(s) being returned. If your order was incorrectly packed or an item was faulty and you want a replacement, we'll simply send you the correct item(s) or a new version of what you ordered.

Once you've explained the fault or problem and given us your Order Number, we'll then give you a Returns Number. You'll need to fill this in, along with some other information, on the Returns Form, which should be in the box your order arrived in.

We have a legal duty to ensure that we deliver products that conform with your contract. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes we make a mistake. If we've made one with your order or you have any issues with the goods themselves, the first thing to do is contact regree.com's Online Customer Service Team on:

We'll also refund your original delivery charge and any costs you incur returning the item(s). We obviously won't charge you for the delivery of the correct item(s) either.

Your right to cancel
